Steps to Apply

ADMISSIONS HELP: 469-444-0721

STEP 1: LISTEN TO INFO WEBINAR & TOUR OUR CAMPUS

An introductory webinar provides basic information about the University-Model of schooling as well as specific details about Solid Rock Prep's history, mission, policies, and campus life. Prospective families receive information to take home as they prayerfully consider their potential involvement with Solid Rock Prep.

STEP 2: COMPLETE PRE-QUALIFICATION QUESTIONNAIRE

  • The Pre-Qualification Questionnaire will be provided to you via an email.

  • Answers are scored according to a rubric by an Admission Committee. A score of less than 50% will automatically disqualify your family from enrollment.

STEP 3: RECEIVE REGISTRATION LINK

  • If your family has completed and passed the pre-qualification questionnaire, you will receive a personal email inviting your family to register. At this point, you should feel confident regarding acceptance and we will request payment of the following fees: Application ($50), Assessment ($100), and Enrollment ($250).

  • The registration focuses largely on the family’s personal educational goals. It includes subjective input as to the applying student’s strengths, personal learning style and challenges. Any medical documentation or specialized academic documentation (i.e. 504, IEP) must be included with the application.

STEP 4: COMPLETE A STUDENT ASSESSMENT

  • Each prospective student is given a formal assessment so that our administration can make a well-informed recommendation for grade placement.

  • Assessments typically take between 1 and 1½ hours.

  • You will receive information regarding assessments after your application is received.

STEP 5: ATTEND A FAMILY INTERVIEW

  • Both parent(s)/guardian(s) and any others (such as a grandparent or hired private tutor) who will participate regularly with at-home work, as well as the prospective student(s) and sibling(s), should plan to attend this meeting which focuses on grade placement and your family’s unique relationship with Solid Rock Prep. You will receive information regarding dates for your family interview after your application is received. Family interviews occur after assessments.

  • All monies are non-refundable. All tuition and fees are a contractual amount and are non-refundable.

  • Any monies paid to the school, whether field trip, electives, or any fee, is non-refundable. Please take this into consideration when you choose Solid Rock Prep. The parent is liable for the total amount and will be asked to pay the total amount whether or not the student completes the school year (or completes any other service) provided by Solid Rock Prep. All monies are non-refundable.
